Data Deletion Policy

Users may request the deletion of their Foodism Claw account and associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Please include the email address associated with your Foodism Claw account.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will begin the deletion process.

Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

In certain circumstances, additional time may be required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Upon successful account deletion, we will permanently delete or anonymize the following information:

• User account information

• Profile details

• Restaurant and business information uploaded by the user

• AI-generated reports and analyses

• Google Business Profile diagnostic data

• Uploaded files and documents

• Project history and workspace data

• User-generated content and preferences

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Billing and transaction records

• Tax and accounting records

• Security logs

• Fraud prevention records

• Information required to comply with legal obligations

Retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

If you connected third-party services such as Google Business Profile, Google Accounts, or other integrations, deleting your Foodism Claw account does not automatically delete data stored by those third-party providers.

You should refer to the privacy policies of those providers for instructions on deleting data held by them.
