By purchasing any Foodism Claw subscription or credits, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Free Plan and Trial Services
Foodism Claw may offer free plans, free reports, demos, or trial access.
No payment is required for these services, and therefore no refund applies.
3. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period has started.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Credit Purchases
Certain Foodism Claw features may require usage credits.
• Are non-refundable;
• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be exchanged for money;
• Cannot be transferred to another account unless approved by Foodism Claw.
Credits already consumed by completed AI tasks, reports, analyses, or generated content are not eligible for refund.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same service, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Exceptional Refund Requests
We understand that unusual situations may occur.
Foodism Claw may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
• Accidental purchases;
• Billing errors;
• Technical issues that prevented service delivery;
• Other exceptional circumstances.
Approval of such requests is at Foodism Claw's sole discretion.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Foodism Claw, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is being investigated.
