Agent guide

Foodism Claw assistants are meant to take repeatable online operations off the manager’s plate. You choose the goal, confirm the facts, and review the output before anything important goes public.

Use Google Store Decoration for name, description, category, phone, address, hours, website, menu link, booking link, ordering link, and other profile presentation work.

Use Google Review Ops. It can draft replies and separate safe replies from reviews that need a human, such as refunds, health concerns, discrimination, privacy, legal threats, or angry complaints.

Use Google SEO Audit to see what people search, how the store appears nearby, and what competitors may be doing better. Use Google Trade Area Analysis when the question is more about the neighborhood, audience, or nearby competitors.

Use SEO Post Generator for short public updates. It should sound like a real restaurant post, include only verified facts, and add an image when useful.

Use Dineway Site Builder for website previews and Dineway posts. It does not publish a public site unless you clearly ask it to go live.

Before dispatching an assistant, confirm:

  • The restaurant and Google location are correct.
  • The task has one clear goal.
  • Public facts are verified: address, hours, menu, price, event, offer, and availability.
  • You know what output you want: reply draft, scheduled post, profile update plan, image selection, SEO report, trade-area report, or website preview.
  • Sensitive reviews or public claims will be reviewed by a human.

Good assistants reduce busywork. They should not replace owner judgment on facts, tone, or sensitive situations.
